About the event
The fifth annual Local Governance Conference is held under the title “From Transferring Powers to Improving Services”. It presents the findings of the administrative decentralisation study and the local services index prepared by the Center.
The conference includes three main sessions and two parallel workshops, and its recommendations are published in a dedicated report.
