The data we collect

We collect the data you give us directly when you fill in the site's forms: name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of the message or request.

When you subscribe to the newsletter we keep only your email address and the subscription date.

The server automatically records limited technical data such as the IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, used for security and aggregate statistics.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your request, confirm your registration for an event or training programme, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

We do not sell your data or share it with any party for marketing purposes.

Retention period

We keep consultation requests and contact messages for two years, and event and course registration records for three years for the purpose of issuing certificates; they are then deleted or anonymised.

Data of respondents in our surveys

The website does not collect data from participants in field surveys. That data is governed by the Center's research ethics policy, and its results are published in aggregate with no identifying data.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to work, such as remembering the chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your data, and to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every message.
