About the event
This seminar follows the first reading the Center presented in August of the amended provincial council elections law. We present an updated simulation of the effect of district size and the seat allocation method, then open the discussion with provincial council members and representatives of election monitoring organisations.
The seminar is open to researchers, journalists, postgraduate students and anyone interested. Seats are limited and advance registration is required.
